“ We had the pleasure of purchasing a used 2020 Jeep Wrangler from Subaru of Wesley Chapel. The entire experience from start to finish was easy and stress free. Most people have the same reservations about working with dealerships. Pressure tactics, bait and switch, dragging out the process etc etc etc. Subaru of Wesley Chapel does not operate in that way at all. From the minute I reached out online, to our first conversation everything was exceptional. Our sales person was Sarit Ortiz. Sarit took additional videos of the exterior and interior prior to our arrival so we didn’t waste our time driving an hour one way just to find out the vehicle wasn’t as clean as advertised. When we arrived the vehicle was waiting for us to test drive and it looked really clean. There was no pressure to purchase. We told Sarit we needed to pray about it and sleep on it and we would get back to her in a few days. We ultimately decided we wanted to vehicle and made the deal via text. When we arrived at the dealership a few days later we were greeted and assisted by Sarit and Todd Featherstone. Todd helped make sure the Jeep was completely detailed, gassed up and to our liking. We worked with Brad Wernsing the finance manager and that process was smooth as well.
