They will team up with you to provide the best possible price. I read the reviews and took the one hour drive from Palm Harbor. After the test drive my wife and I sat down with the team for the purchase price that would be fair to us and Wesley Chapel Subaru. So we drove off that same day with a 2025 Subaru Outback. There were some technical aspects regarding the Navigation system. The other individual who helped me understand with hands on experience was Keaton, who programmed the system to my liking. Thank you all for a truly transparent experience. Great place, Great people, and oh yes, Great coffee and snacks. ”

Our wait time was only about 15 mins longer than they quoted originally, so we thought that was reasonable. Our advisor kept us up to date also. We took the hour ride from Lakewood Ranch up to Wesley Chapel to just meet Eddie and look at a 2026 Crosstrek. Fast forward we purchased the car that day. Eddie has a great personality and was very easy to work with. As an added bonus, and this hasn't happened before on any of our other cars, we were taught how to use the electronics of the car by Stephen Solomon at the dealership. “ I had an outstanding experience working with Subaru of Wesley Chapel and would highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a Subaru. Especially if you value transparency and straightforward pricing. I live about four hours away and spoke with numerous dealerships(well over 15, I looked at every dealer in FL), including local ones, to try to make the process easier. Many dealers provided “out-the-door” numbers over the phone, but when it came time for paperwork, the figures didn’t always match. Subaru of Wesley Chapel was different from the beginning. They immediately provided a clear, written quote via email, with no back-and-forth, no surprises, and no pressure. They even gave me an estimate for trade in over the phone. Everything was outlined upfront and matched exactly when it came time to finalize the deal. That alone set them apart. I purchased a CPO Outback XT, and the deal was excellent. Even when I compared to identical models at other dealerships. They were very competitive and genuinely easy to work with. Once everything was agreed upon remotely, all I had to do was come in and pick up the vehicle. The process was smooth and efficient. Eddie in sales was fantastic. He was easy to work with, responsive, and happy to answer all of my questions along the way. He was even willing to come in on his day off due to my schedule. The finance department was equally impressive. I worked mostly with Brad, and the flexibility and clarity they provided were far better than what I experienced elsewhere. If you want a dealership that respects your time, provides real pricing in writing, and actually follows through, Subaru of Wesley Chapel is absolutely worth the drive. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again. It was well worth driving 4 hours there and 4 hours back home!!! ”
