I live about four hours away and spoke with numerous dealerships(well over 15, I looked at every dealer in FL), including local ones, to try to make the process easier. Many dealers provided “out-the-door” numbers over the phone, but when it came time for paperwork, the figures didn’t always match. Subaru of Wesley Chapel was different from the beginning. They immediately provided a clear, written quote via email, with no back-and-forth, no surprises, and no pressure. They even gave me an estimate for trade in over the phone. Everything was outlined upfront and matched exactly when it came time to finalize the deal. That alone set them apart. I purchased a CPO Outback XT, and the deal was excellent.
